A 15-minute call
You walk me through where leads come in and where they stall. I'll tell you on the call whether this is worth building for your volume, and what it would cost. If manual handling is fine at your size, I'll say so.
AI automation & Agents for businesses that can't afford a missed follow-up
Most leads don't die because they were bad. They die because the reply came late, the follow-up never happened, or the notes lived in five different tools. I build automation systems that answer every lead in minutes, qualify it against your criteria, and land it in your CRM with the next step already scheduled.
How it works
You should know what this costs and whether it's worth doing before you commit to anything. Here's the whole process.
You walk me through where leads come in and where they stall. I'll tell you on the call whether this is worth building for your volume, and what it would cost. If manual handling is fine at your size, I'll say so.
I build the system, test it against your real submissions, and tune the qualification rules with you using actual data. Before anything goes live, you get a recorded walkthrough of exactly how it works.
You get written documentation your team can actually use. Anything that breaks or needs adjusting in the first 30 days, I fix at no extra charge. And if something ever fails, you get an alert. It never fails silently.

Pricing
No hourly meter, no scope surprises. The first engagement is a fixed-price build, and you'll know your exact number before we start.
$4,500 fixed price
One system that turns your inbound leads into qualified CRM records. Every submission gets normalized, scored against your criteria, routed to the right pipeline stage, and followed up on. Built in 14 days.
$4,500 covers typical scope. Multiple intake sources or complex qualification logic runs $6,000 to $7,500, and I'll tell you which you are on the first call. The price is fixed either way.
"You're not paying for my hours. You're paying so a deal doesn't quietly die in an inbox nobody checks."
Most clients start with the fixed-price build and see how it runs. If you want ongoing work after it ships, there are three ways to keep going. No retainer required, plenty of clients ship the first project and stop there.
$1,050/month
For steady-but-light automation needs, or small follow-up work without a requote every time.
$3,200/month
For teams with a real backlog of "we should automate this" ideas. You submit, I build.
$4,800/month
For businesses already running real workflows who want one person accountable for all of it.
All three include a monthly report on what was built, what it saved, and what's queued next.
The guarantee
30Days of fixes
Every build ships with a 30-day fix window after handoff. Bugs, edge cases, a qualification rule that needs tuning once real submissions hit it, all covered at no extra charge. And the system tells on itself: if an API goes down or a field comes through missing, you get an alert the moment it happens. You're not betting on the build being perfect on day one. You're covered while real use proves it out.

Recent work
Most of my current work is with acquisition-driven businesses: business brokers, M&A advisors, franchise consultants, and real estate acquisition firms. The same follow-up problem shows up anywhere leads move faster than the team's memory.
Business brokerage & franchise advisory
A brokerage and franchise advisor had seller inquiries arriving with no consistent qualification, and follow-up depended on whoever saw the email first. I built an agent that takes each submission, scores it by seller timeline and intent, and lands it in the right CRM stage with the first follow-up sent automatically.

AI product company
An AI product company needed data moved into their platform reliably without pulling their developers off product work. I built Azure-hosted ETL pipelines that run on schedule, with error handling built in so a failed run surfaces immediately instead of being discovered weeks later.

Internal build
I run Elevated Logic on the same stack I sell. Four workflows log every meeting, proposal, closed deal, and payment to a live dashboard without manual entry, so I always know where my own pipeline stands. If I wouldn't run it myself, I won't ship it to you.

Common questions
We confirm scope on the first call, and the price locks before the build starts. Typical scope is $4,500. Multiple intake sources or complex qualification logic runs $6,000 to $7,500, and you'll know your number up front either way. If something new comes up mid-build, I'd rather ship the first project clean and scope the extra piece as its own project on top of a working foundation, so the 14 days stay honest.
Yes, because the scope is tight. Days 1 to 3 confirm scope, CRM access, and what "qualified" means for you in concrete criteria. Then I build and test against your real submissions. Around days 10 to 12 you review it and we tune the rules with actual data. The last two days are cutover and handoff, with a recorded walkthrough and written documentation. The 30-day fix window after that catches whatever real use shakes out.
Most of my work is with acquisition-driven businesses: business brokers, M&A advisors, franchise consultants, and real estate acquisition firms. If leads reach you through forms or email and someone on your team has to qualify them and follow up, the build fits. Two honest exceptions: if your deal flow is low, we'll say so on the call. And if you want a full CRM build rather than an automation layer on the CRM you already have, that's a different project.
You get documentation your team can actually use, plus 30 days of fixes included. If anything fails after that, the system alerts you, it never fails silently. From there, most clients either run it themselves or move to a monthly retainer: Build Block at $1,050 a month for build hours plus maintenance, or Automation Partner at $3,200 a month for unlimited builds. No retainer required, plenty of clients ship the first project and stop there.
